Payment Terms

7 days from the date invoice is sent unless otherwise agreed.
Bank transfer & CC accepted (surcharges may apply)
All online store prices are inclusive of GST.
 
 

Functions / Conferences  

50% deposit payment required 10 days prior to the event
 
 

Order Alterations

We will always do what we can to accommodate changes to orders. Changes within 48 hrs for regular jobs or within 1 week for large events may still incur a cost if we cannot repurpose stock/prep.

 

Last Minute Orders

Please call our catering line with any last minute orders and we'll do our best to accomodate.

 

Cancellations

48 hrs notice required for orders less than $1000 |
5 Business days notice required for orders over $1000.  

 

Lost or Broken Equipment

May be added to your invoice.

 

Quotes & Pricing Changes

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Given the seasonality of produce use menu pricing is subject to change periodically.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges apply when costs are incurred for food, labour and/or equipment hire.  We understand things will happen and last minute cancellations are required due to circumstances beyond your control. We will always do our best to find a new home for any prepared food and work with you to minimise incurred costs.
